Chesterton 1810 2.125″ Heavy Duty Cartridge Seal designed with key features of reliable minded mechanical seal design. 316SS gland fitted with Tungsten Carbide vs Silicon Carbide Faces, FKM O-Rings to suit clean to dirty fluids. Gland is prepared with flush and quench/drain ports that may utilized or plugged.

• Maintains reliability through-out temperature cycling and stop/start processes with monolithic seal faces.
• Increases face life and reduces contact stress with cushioned drive pins
• Balanced seal faces for cooler running.
• Stationary located springs for true self-alignment of seal faces.
• Protected springs.
• Non-fretting o-ring design – no worn surfaces and leak paths from dynamic o-rings.
