Extreme Pressure, Water, and Corrosion Resistant
Chesterton® 720 CCG is a multi-use, off-white translucent, polymer-modified synthetic lubricant. This product is well suited for applications requiring a high-pressure resistance and a durable film.
Due to high shear strength and self-adhering film, 720 CCG will not fling off or extrude like ordinary oils and greases. Chesterton 720 CCG forms a robust “wear shield” which stays in place even under the most extreme pressures. The contact surfaces are cushioned, thereby extending life of chains, sprockets, wire ropes, and gear drives.
720 CCG lubricant’s anti-corrosion action and water resistance protect chains, wire ropes, and gears exposed to moisture and corrosive liquids and vapors, far exceeding conventional oil technology.
720 CCG can be used be used for all services where NSF H1 certification is required.
Apply 720 CCG manually by squeeze bottle, brush or trigger spray. 720 CCG can also be used in automatic dispensing equipment for continuous application, remote locations, and large production equipment.

Synthetic, Corrosion-Resistant Machinery Grease
This synthetic lubricating grease is best suited for equipment with medium-to-large-sized, slow-moving bearings such as pumps, large conveyors, agitators and mixers. It can be used universally in food and non-food industries.
Chesterton 630 SXCF 220 #1 is a high base oil viscosity, high performance synthetic grease that has excellent corrosion protection and superior resistance to water washout and spray off. It has a dropping point of 316°C (600°F), and excellent shear stability. 630 SXCF 220 #1 will continue to lubricate even in the presence of heat, steam, and hot water wash downs.
630 SXCF 220 #1 is NSF H1 Registered and complies with FDA 178.3570 for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing equipment.

Chesterton 638 EMG — Chesterton 638 EMG
High Performance Electric Motor Grease
The Chesterton 638 EMG Electric Motor Grease is designed for electric motor bearings operating in demanding conditions. 638 EMG has outstanding anti-wear and extreme-pressure resistance. It can be used in motors operating with high vibrations, and constant start/stop regimes. Its extreme-pressure additives are safe for non-ferrous metals (windings, bushings, bearing cages) making it a preferred choice for electric motor bearings.
638 EMG is made with synthetic base oil, proprietary sulfonate thickener, and Chesterton QBT additive technology. It has a dropping point of 318°C (604°F) that provides excellent thermal stability. It has excellent water washout resistance to survive under heavy water exposure.
638 EMG grease can extend bearing life, reduce equipment failures, while improving the operational efficiency of lubricated elements. 638 EMG has been shown to be compatible with most OEM specified, shear stable Polyurea or Lithium complex thickened electric motor greases, as determined by shear stability testing per ASTM D 217.
